About this opportunity
We are looking for a conscientious and methodical person to join our friendly and busy team in a fast paced environment.
Dealing with all aspects of administration from filing to dealing with customer and client queries. You will be compiling reports to assist all departments within the company and liaising with all levels of management on a daily basis.
A normal day would include
Data entry and compiling of concise reports for our clients. Delegation of jobs to operatives and speaking with customers and clients on the telephone to provide estimated arrival times and updates on works. Sending and monitoring emails. Liaising with other departments and senior management in a fast paced environment. Filing, scanning, daily post and other administrative duties as required.

What you should have to apply
GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Methodical and conscientious in approach, punctual, smart and organised with the ability to work well alone and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Confident using MS Office, great attention to detail, great communication and telephony skills.
