About this opportunity
To provide clerical and administrative support as a member of the regional team based at Technology House, Salford.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To provide admin assistance as required
To reply to enquiries
To assist with data entry and the maintenance of databases and spreadsheets
To assist with organising appointments, meetings and visits as required
To assist in maintaining records
To assist in school and company liaison
To assist in event management and the delivery of the scheme’s programmes, sometimes requiring overnight stays and travelling
To undertake any other duties as required within the general scope and level of the post.
A normal day would include
Answering the phone, using a variety of Microsoft office packages, preparing paperwork, preparing event equipment, responding to emails.

What you should have to apply
Maths and English GCSE A-C.
Reliable, confident, personable, punctual, trustworthy with a positive can do attitude.
IT skills at Working Knowledge levels
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team
Driving licence an advantage but not a requirement
