After being awarded Recruitment Professional of the Year and the Chairman's Prize at the pro Manchester awards in February, Roman has gone on to win Young Business Person of the Year at the Greater Manchester Business Awards.
The awards, organised by innov8 and held at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, commend the best of Manchester's businesses and their employees.
The Young Business Person of the Year was open to those aged 25 and under, who have made a significant contribution to the business they work for.

Roman has gone on this week to talk at the Business Forums International School Leavers & Apprentices Biannual Conference for Employers about his own apprenticeship experience to show employers the young talent that is out there and inspire them to hire more apprentices.
