Customer Service Frameworks -
Level 2: (Intermediate)

  • NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 1

Customer Service at this level includes a range of routine tasks in different work contexts. Individuals have some autonomy but are usually supervised.

Job titles could include:

  • Customer service trainee
  • Assistant
  • Representative
  • Agent
  • Receptionist

Level 3: (Advanced)

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2

Customer service at this level includes a wide range of complex tasks in a variety of work contexts. Individuals have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility and may provide some supervisory support.

Job titles could include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Relationship Manager
  • Co-ordinator
  • Team Leader

Delivery:

Both the Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships take 12 Months to complete.

Depending on individual requirements, delivery may involve a combination of:

  • Workplace assessments and observations
  • One to one support
  • Classroom training or workshops
