The Apprenticeship programme involves a combination of on and off the job training that is tailored to job roles and is relevant to the industry. 

The programme can be delivered to existing staff as part of your internal employee development plan or can be a recruitment and training solution in one. Recruiting via the Apprenticeship route offers employers a cost effective way of expanding their work force and taking on highly motivated individuals.

Business Administration Frameworks -
Level 2: (Intermediate)

  • NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Business & Administration
  • Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 1

Administrators at this level undertake a range of routine tasks in different work contexts. They have some autonomy but are usually supervised. Job titles could include:

  • Administration Assistant
  • Clerical Assistant
  • Junior Secretary
  • Office Clerk.

Delivery:
Both the Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships take 12 Months to complete.
Delivery will involve a combination of:

  • Workplace assessments and observations
  • One to one support
  • Classroom training and workshops.
